Everyshot keeps the photos, videos, names and notes that people add to an event album, and uses them only to run that album.

What we collect

• The name you type when you join an album, and your email if you sign in with one.
• Photos and videos you add, with their caption and the time they were taken.
• Your picks, comments and guestbook notes.
• Basic technical data, such as IP addresses, to keep the service secure and prevent abuse.

Photos are uploaded as they were shot, except for their location: your phone clears the GPS data (and any other place information) from each photo before it is sent, so a photo’s location is never uploaded. Videos are uploaded as recorded; our server removes their location data when it processes them, a few minutes after upload. We keep the original of each video for 90 days; after that the album keeps a high-quality 1080p copy, which is what downloads include.

Who sees it

The people in the album see its photos, videos, names, picks, comments and notes. Hosts can make an album private, so guests only see what they added themselves. The big screen link shows the album to anyone who has that link.

How long we keep it

An album stays open for the period of its plan. After it closes, the host has 14 days to download it, then its photos and videos are deleted from storage. When a host deletes an album, or removes a guest with their content, that content is deleted too. Download links for zip files stop working after 7 days.

• Supabase for accounts and the database.
• Cloudflare R2 for photo storage.
• Stripe for payments. Card details go to Stripe and never reach our servers.
• Resend to send invites and receipts.

Cookies and storage

We keep your sign-in session in your browser's storage so you stay signed in. There are no advertising or tracking cookies.

Your choices

You can delete your own photos, videos, comments and notes at any time. To delete your account or ask about your data, email [email protected].
