These terms cover your use of Everyshot. By creating or joining an album, you agree to them.

Albums

A host creates an album for an event and invites guests with a code, link or email. Each plan sets how many guests and photos an album can hold and how long it stays open. When it closes, guests lose access and the host has 14 days to download the photos before they are deleted.

Your content

You keep the rights to the photos and text you add. You allow us to store, process and show them to the people in the album, and on the album's big screen, for as long as the album exists. Only add photos you have the right to share, and respect the people in them.

• No illegal content, harassment, or content that exploits anyone.
• No attempts to access albums you were not invited to, or to disrupt the service.

Hosts can remove photos and guests from their album. We may remove content or albums that break these terms.

Payments

Paid plans are a one-time payment per album, processed by Stripe. An upgrade charges the difference between the plan you have and the one you choose. Prices are shown before you pay.

The service

We work to keep Everyshot available and your photos safe, but the service is provided as is. Download anything you want to keep; albums are not a permanent archive.
